Hi Robley, Oh gosh, we usually put 2 sets of the same dice in the same baggy to reduce the amount of plastic we use, for environmental reasons. This is also assuming that people don't use and reuse our special wizard baggies. It appears that we were wrong about this, sorry! Thank you for letting us know that you like them and want to use them. We'll change our policy going forward to use 1 bag per set up to a certain quantity so that this situation doesn't happen again. We greatly appreciate the feedback.

Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging.
To start a return, you can contact us at sales@dnddice.com. When your return is approved, we’ll give you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted if a note with your name, order number, and instructions are not provided.

Damages and issues Please contact us immediately if anything is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please provide pictures when possible.
Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of receipt of your order. If you would like to exchange any item, please contact us for instructions.
Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. Once processed, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
