Shipping is based on the weight of the items in ounces. This way, we are able to keep your shipping costs to a minimum. The good news is that dice don't weigh a lot, so you shouldn't see any outrageous shipping amounts. We are able to ship worldwide, including to countries where the local USPS equivalent post office is shut down for COVID issues. Our international shipping carrier is able to deliver packages using various private final mile couriers in order to maintain consistent service.

Plastic Dice sets generally weigh 1 ounce per set
Metal Dice can weight from 5oz-6oz per set depending on which set your looking at (Equal in weight to 5-6 sets of plastic dice)
Dice Bags generally weigh 1oz for velvet & leather, but metal dice bags can weigh more.

Processing Time Before Shipping
Nearly all orders are shipped out within 1 Business Day (Monday - Friday). Orders shipped out in the USA are sent via USPS First Class or a partner service such as UPS that utilizes USPS for the final mile delivery.
USA Delivery Times
USA first class deliveries typically take place between 2-6 working days from the shipping date, depending on how far away you are from our shop that is located in Chicago, IL.
USPS Priority mail deliveries take between 1-3 business days from the ship date.
UPS Ground orders take between 1-6 working days from the shipping date, depending on how far away you are from our shop that is located in Chicago, IL.
UPS 2nd Day Air & Next Day Air are available for orders needing expedited delivery options.
International Delivery Times
Our international customers can expect to receive their packages somewhere around 2-4 weeks from the date of shipping. However, please be aware that COVID-19 is continuing to cause delivery issues for some shipments. COVID related delays can cause some international shipments to be delivered up to 6-8 weeks after the ship date. If your order is taking a long time to be delivered, it doesn't mean there is a problem. The delay might be due to customs holding / inspecting / processing your order before moving it on to the final delivery. DHL Express is available as a shipping upgrade for our international customers. This expedited service will deliver most packages within 1 weeks to almost all countries.
Customs Charges Information
You may be curious about customs fees. Each and every country has a different policies with regard to customs charges. When your order reaches the point of entry into your country, your package will pass into and through the customs department. Customs will inspect your package and determine if they need to charge you for import taxes. Not every package will be assessed an import customs duty but some might. The shipping charges that we add on to your order cover only the shipping costs that we have to pay to put your order in the mail.
We do not add on or pre-charge you for any customs charges that your country might impose on your package - for all countries not in the EU or the United Kingdom. All of that meaning that we cannot pay for the customs charges that you might receive from your country. Any customs fees charged to you will be your responsibility to pay, and we recommend that you check into your countries import tax policy if you are concerned. While we hope that 100% of the international packages we send out will not be assessed an import tax, some might, and that is unfortunately out of our control. Note to Customers in the EU & UK
Customs are pre-charged for the United Kingdom and countries in the European Union. We are registered to collect VAT in these countries and will remit the taxes directly to the recipient countries. Orders shipped to these countries will have their VAT added at the time of placing the order and should not be subject to additional VAT charges by customs.
Returns & Replacements
Returns and Exchanges are accepted for a period of 30 days from your order date. Merchandise must be returned in new/unused condition. For orders with return requests, please contact our customer service for additional information. When making an exchange, please contact us with a list of the new items you want in place of your original order and include your order number.
Defective Items: All orders are inspected for defects in Chicago during the packing process. We do our best to catch defects before your order leaves our shop, but once in a while we miss something. If you catch a defect, please let us know within 30 days and we will fix it for you.
The most common ordering issue is not having the payment go through. Declined payments can be for several reasons. The credit card that you tried to use could be over the limit, your credit card company may of declined the transaction due to too many purchases in a short time period, the billing address entered does not match the billing information that is on file with your credit card company, or other reasons similar to these. The main solutions to this error message are to either use a different credit card or to call the phone number on the back of your credit card that was declined. The credit card company will be able to explain in detail the problem and also fix it so you can try your purchase again.
