Domestic Shipping & Delivery - USA
Shipping Costs
We offer free shipping within the USA for orders over $50 USD. Orders under $50 are charged based on the weight of the order.
Shipping Methods
Our standard shipping method is a program called UPS Mail Innovations that combines UPS & USPS. Your order will be given to UPS for sorting, and UPS will hand off your package to USPS for the final mile delivery. We have expedited shipping methods available such as USPS Priority Mail and UPS Ground / UPS 2nd Day Air / UPS Next Day Air.
Order Processing Time
This refers to the time after your order is placed to the time that it is processed, packed, and shipped out. Most orders will ship out within 1 business day (Monday - Friday) from the order date. We are not open on the weekends, so any orders placed on Friday evening - Sunday evening will ship out on Monday.
Delivery Time
Delivery times vary depending on which shipping carrier is selected and how far you are located from our shop. We are located in the Chicagoland area in a nearby suburb called Niles. Below you will find a list of the normal delivery times for each carrier. These times are not guarantees, as there can be unforeseen and unpredictable delays which are out of our control. COVID-19 can cause additional delays for both USPS as well as UPS. However UPS experiences far fewer issues as compared to USPS regarding COVID-19 delays.

USPS First Class - 1-5 Business Days.
USPS Priority Mail - 2-3 Business Days.

International Shipping & Delivery - Not USA

We offer free shipping internationally for orders over $100 USD. Orders under $100 USD are charged based on the weight of the order.
Shipping Methods
Our standard international shipping carrier is a company called Asendia. Your order will be directly transported to the international sorting center and may not post tracking updates for 1 business day. We have various speeds and options for our international customers including the fastest option of DHL Express.
Order Processing Time
This refers to the time after your order is placed to the time that it is processed, packed, and shipped out. Most orders will ship out within 1 business day (Monday - Friday) from the order date. We are not open on the weekends, so any orders placed on Friday evening - Sunday evening will ship out on Monday.

Below you will find a list of the normal delivery times for each shipping method. These times are not guarantees, as there can be unforeseen and unpredictable delays which are out of our control. COVID-19 can cause additional delays for international orders. These delays can be related to sorting centers being shut down for cleaning, or lack of number of international flights which reduces available cargo space.

Customs / VAT
All countries in the European Union & United Kingdom
We are registered to collect and remit VAT for the entire EU & UK. This means that your order will have VAT collected during checkout and we will pay the taxes on your behalf. Please be aware that if you place a large order, your country will want to collect the VAT from you directly.
EU orders Under 150 Euro's - We will collect VAT at checkout
EU Orders Over 150 Euro's - We will not collect VAT at checkout. Customs will contact you to collect import taxes before delivery.
UK Orders Under 135 Pounds - We will collect VAT at checkout
UK Orders Over 135 Pounds - We will not collect VAT at checkout. Customs will contact you to collect import taxes before delivery.
All Other Countries
We will not collect VAT at checkout. Customs will contact you to collect import taxes before delivery (if required under their rules).
Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging.
To start a return, you can contact us at sales@dnddice.com. When your return is approved, we’ll give you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return require a note with your name, order number, and instructions.

Damages and issues
Please contact us immediately if anything is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please provide pictures when possible.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of receipt of your order. If you would like to exchange any item, please contact us for instructions. We will work with you to sort out the details of your exchange. Next, you will return your item, and once it is received at our shop, we'll send out your replacement.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. Once processed, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
